"What do we tell them to fix it?" is a critical question. I'll be addressing it this week in worship and also put some thoughts here in this column.

In short, we need to look to Christ and see how he handled the greedy, the powerful and the arrogant.

Out of his love for them, he offered them the opportunity to change just as he has offered each of us that possibility.

How can we graciously "love our enemies" so that they are no longer trapped by their attitudes? That's the real question.


I think your message was well done. Visual effects of you in a Tophat and Scarf, like Scrooge came to mind.

I know there are many over reaching and trying to spend themselves rich.
There are Evils of Greed Vanity and Possessions. But it is a diease of society. If we tell you that your a "Bad Dog," Ok? Then what do we tell them to fix it?
